Electromagnetic Fields EMF’s

Electromagnetic (EM) radiation is a form of energy that is all around us and takes many forms, such as radio waves, microwaves, X-rays, and gamma rays. (1) These waves come from our mobile phones, wireless devices, TV, internet, and radar satellite stations. Several studies have been done since the introduction of these devices but very little is known by the public due to the great power that telecommunications companies have.

Today, there is plenty of evidence on the impact of EMFs on human health (2) As Sandra explained, these waves can modify our gut’s bacteria and yeast causing many issues in our system (3) strong evidence links EMFs with cancer. (4)

Additionally, Electromagnetic radiation may lead to changes in physiological indices, genetic effects, and immune function (5). Today, research has shown that sperm quality is affected by over-exposure to EMFs among other reasons. Sperm counts among western men have halved in the last 40 years! (6)  (7)

The effects of EMFs are diverse and dependent on the strength, frequency, and duration of the exposures, so here are some tips on how you can protect yourself and your children.

  • Get EMF shielding for your mobile, laptop, and devices.
  • Plug your laptop to the power and ideally to the internet (like in the old days)
  • Avoid putting your laptop in your lap as your reproductive system is directly impacted.
  • Men should avoid carrying their phones in their pockets. Unless they are on airplane mode 
  • Avoid putting the phone near your children’s brains.
  • Avoid carrying your phone near any main organs like your heart.
  • Turn your Wi-Fi and mobile phone off when you go to bed. You’ll notice changes in your sleep patterns.
  • Unplug the TV and if possible get it out of your room.
  • Do grounding as much as possible – walk on the grass, beach, get in the water, hug a tree. This is your opportunity to connect with mother earth and reverse the effects of EMFs.
