Christmas is around the corner and all I can think of are Christmas songs, Christmas trees, Christmas markets, Christmas presents, and of course Christmas dinner!
I was doing some research to decide on our meals for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. So here are my favorites. 


1 – Spiced salmon with coconut and cashew cauliflower rice

2. Roasted potatoes with paprika

3. Butternut Squash Lasagne

4 – Paleo Nachos

5. Butternut Spaghetti

Christmas Day – Breakfast 1. Shakshuka 

8. Gluten-free pancakes

We can stay healthy during the holiday season and still enjoy this deliciousness. You can also let go and indulge in unhealthy options but to me the key is BALANCE.  It’s absolutely possible to enjoy Christmas and stay on track with your health and wellness goals.

Enjoy the season despite the Covid News and spread the love inside your heart!
